I am a Pilates instructor, dance artist, and movement educator. My work explores the moving body through two interconnected disciplines: Pilates and contemporary dance. I work with athletes, dancers, and individuals to develop strength, movement efficiency, and injury resilience through an integrated, biomechanics-informed approach.
