Background

My work centers on Pilates and movement training, informed by more than 18 years of teaching movement across dance, Pilates, and high-performance environments. My approach is shaped by a lifelong study of the moving body, including my own background as an elite rhythmic gymnast and professional dancer, alongside training in biomechanics and principles informed by movement testing used in professional sports.

Today, I use Pilates to support professional athletes, dancers, and individuals in performance, recovery, and long-term movement health, while maintaining an active practice as a choreographer, director, and dance artist.
